Grandfathered health plan notices

Required communication
If you are a grandfathered plan, you are required to tell your employees that your plan is a grandfathered health plan and, therefore, not required to offer some of the benefits called for by the Affordable Care Act. This information must be included in any plan materials provided to participants, beneficiaries or individual plan subscriber.
